Private Parade
Friday, June 4th at 7:30 PM
Route from 15th St. N to 27th St. N

The Sartell Community is excited to offer a celebratory “Senior Salute” for the Sartell High School class of 2021! 

Celebrate the Sartell High School class of 2021 by participating in a private parade! Seniors will be lined up 15-20 feet apart on the walking path along Pinecone Road and family will be able to drive the parade route. We encourage cars to honk, cheer, wave and celebrate the seniors! 

Please see the schedule of events, route map, parking and pick up or drop off directions and student information below. 

Special thank you to Brian Lommel with Bitstream Productions on doing the ground and drone photography and video creation so the night can be remembered for the seniors forever! 

This event is ONLY open to those who register. If you wish to participate please register by completing the form at the link below. Due to space limitations, participation in the parade will be limited to family (2 cars) and school staff and other invited guests.

Schedule of Events

  •  6:30 PM
    Pinecone Road closed from 12th St. N. to 27th St. N. 
  • 6:30 - 7:00 PM
    Seniors to arrive on Pinecone Road - see details for drop off and parking below
  • 7:00 PM
    Seniors set on walking path, properly socially distanced
  • 7:30 PM
    Private parade begins with cars released to the
     route
  • 9:15 PM 
    Estimated end time
  • 9:30 PM- Fireworks at Sartell High School
Please adhere to the rules of social distancing throughout the event.
No restrooms will be available (state order)

Parking 

Parents: The Waters Church
Teachers & Coaches: Celebration Church
Students: West side of Pinecone Road (car facing North)
  • Parking will be available starting at 6:00 PM with attendants directing traffic. 
  • We ask that you stay in your car until it is your turn to go through the route. 
  • We ask that no more than two cars per student participate. 
  • Please do not go on the walking path (state order). 
  • Student Parking will be on the west side of Pinecone Road, with car facing North, across from the student's sign on the walking path.

Drop off and Pick up

Designated Spot #1: Celebration Lutheran Church
Designated Spot #2: 27th Street
  • If your student is not driving and you are dropping him/her off and picking up, please use one of the two designated spots. You can also use these spots to wait for your student after you have gone through the route until the end of the event.
  • Students will be lined up alphabetically according to last name. Letter A will start by 15th Street (Celebration Church).

Student Information

  • Students should enter the route from the South and enter through the barricades at Pinecone Road. Find the corresponding sign and park on the opposite side of the road (West side of the road) with your vehicle facing North toward the High School.
  • Students should stay in their car until 7:00 PM. At this time, students can exit their car and stand or sit by their sign. Students may bring a lawn chair.
  • Please make sure to arrive on time. If students are not in their spot by 7:00 PM then then cannot participate. 
  • Students must stay in their spot on the walking path until the last car with the photographer takes their picture with their sign. 
  • After all cars have gone through students can grab their sign and meet parents or go to their car.
